RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error. Check our refund policy page for more details.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at info@intemporalondon.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defect in the product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Refunds
